We get to know you (virtually) - your org, tech stack, team, pain points and goals.
We scope out the support you need and provide you with an estimate of hours and costs.
Intro & Discovery Calls
Statement of Work & Contract
You’ll get a detailed statement of work outlining the scope, sprint goals and timelines.
Once we finalize the agreement, we set the start date and share what we need to get the project going.
Kickoff/Onboarding
We start with a kickoff meeting with Vialuma’s team and your team. We confirm the plan and ensure all parties are aligned.
We will need login details for 1-2 Salesforce licenses to access your org.
We follow an agile approach with mini sprints throughout the months.
We hold 1-2 meetings, keep time open for ad-hoc needs and focus on the goal(s) for each month.

Quickstarts is one of our main offerings at Vialuma. We recognize that getting started with Salesforce can be quite a lift. Our aim is to make this as straightforward and easy as possible. Many customers get started with Quickstarts and crawl, walk, run on their Salesforce journey. Contact us for a ballpark estimate!
